At Gamers JO, selected products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to misuse or physical damage. What is Covered Manufacturing defects. Internal hardware malfunctions under normal usage. Technical failures not caused by customer misuse. What is NOT Covered The warranty does not cover: Physical damage, drops, cracks, liquid damage, or power surges. Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear and tear (buttons, cosmetic scratches, cables, etc.). Damage caused by improper installation or external accessories. Warranty Process Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number). The product will be inspected by our technical team. If approved, the product may be repaired, replaced, or serviced depending on availability and condition. Important Notes Warranty does not include refund after usage.
